Is Care Plus the same as the Business Care hosting plan?
No, even though both are R349/month. Business Care is a hosting plan for a new site hosted with Gigahost. Care Plus is a maintenance add-on for existing clients, hosted anywhere.

Domain & DNS management means we make sure your domain doesn't expire, your email keeps working, and your site doesn't quietly fall over because a certificate lapsed or a setting got misconfigured somewhere nobody was watching.
30 minutes of changes (Care Plus) covers small text/image updates, adding a notice, fixing a broken link, updating contact details — the kind of thing that otherwise sits broken for weeks because nobody has time to chase a web designer for a five-minute fix.
Domain registration & renewal
Not currently hosting a domain with us but need one registered or renewed? We handle .co.za (and .net.za / .org.za / .web.za at the same rate) at R99 registration / R149 renewal — a flat, no-surprises fee covering the registrar cost plus us tracking your expiry so it never lapses on you. Other TLDs (e.g. .com) quoted case by case.
